The owner and realtor of this Sea Crest condo unit felt updating the unit would help with sale and attract renters while it was on the market. The unit had outdated wallpaper in the foyer, bathrooms and kitchen, a bland monochromatic color scheme in the living and dining areas and a large piece of furniture blocking the fantastic ocean view. Shopping at consignment stores, we replaced a broken chair with a smaller scale swivel chair, replaced the large TV armoire with a streamline console and matching stools for additional seating and replaced the outdated dining set. Lots of warm-toned neutral paint added dimension to the space. Bronze kitchen hardware and painted bronze chandelier complete the transformation.
